Gaining BirthSmarts Childbirth Course (FREE!)

Written by a labor and delivery nurse, this free childbirth education class gets sent right to your inbox! Delivered as a 5 day course, you’ll get easy-to-understand education about labor and birth to your email to read at your convenience.

When I started BirthSmarts LLC, my goal was to help educate expectant parents about labor and delivery in a way that is easy to understand, the information you actually want and need, and that is accessible.

That’s why I created Gaining BirthSmarts, a totally free, no gimmicks or catches, email based childbirth education program.

As a labor and delivery nurse, I can see firsthand how knowledge about labor and birth helps to empower new parents when the day comes. I started teaching childbirth education classes at the hospital I work at, and loved interacting with these parents-to-be! Their questions, comments and concerns around the birth process made me realize how little many people know about their own body’s natural processes!

By creating Gaining BirthSmarts, I hope to provide a foundation of knowledge for new parents so they can enter their birth space feeling confident and empowered.

The Free Birth Class Curriculum

When you join the course, you’ll get five consecutive days of birth education straight to your email. That’s right – no hidden fees or charges! The only requirement is you send me the email you want your lessons sent to.

Over the course of five days, we’ll scratch the surface on childbirth. Since the course is delivered via email, it’s nearly impossible for me to dive deep into each subject. However, this free birth class is a great way to start building a foundation of knowledge before birth!
